My take on a teaser poster for the upcoming live adaption of the Phoenix Wright video game by Takashi Miike (Yes the same guy who did the batshit insane ‘Ichi The Killer’). Very simple photo manipulation. I tried using fancy styles and gradients for the typography but it kept looking cliche & corny. Using just white text whilst overlapping it into the background kept it interesting enough without going overboard with crazy colours.
